Legendary turntablist DJ Shadow launched his very own Liquid Amber imprint back in August of 2014. Following the release of his own EP by the same name, the label released the 10 Watt Lazers EP from its first signee, Bleep Bloop — a release that introduced the world his own "outerspace" inspired brand of hip-hop/grime. In March 2015, the label would follow with the release of the Scratchgod 1 EP from Ruckazoid (whose vocals have appeared on Ed Banger’s Breakbot viral hits “Fantasy” and “You Should Know,” Salva’s “Freaky Dancing,”  and has produced singles with Theophilius London). The EP showcases Ruckazoid’s unique sound and style, combining various samples with key and string progressions and elements of hip-hop, electro and even hardstyle-sounding percussion to create something entirely new and revolutionary to the scene.

Having established themselves as one of the most forward-thinking labels in the game, they're taking things to the next step, announcing the debut EP for a new supergroup, Nite School Klik. While the label has not yet announced who comprises this new duo, it is an unlikely, star-powered collaboration that is sure to leave fans hungry for more. The first taste of the EP comes in the form of "Posse," an avant-garde trap creation that gives listeners a sense of the kind of futuristic sounds they have in store with the official release of their debut EP. This first single is available for fans to download free of charge via Liquid Amber's Stereoload page. Take a listen to the track above to get acquainted with Nite School Klik, and stay tuned for more to come from them soon.
