A while back Deadmau5 said he would be putting his "cube" set to rest. But that left the question as to where the technology-savvy Mau5 would go with his live show. In the past he has toyed with some ideas like a touchscreen "holodesk" and other boundary-pushing sets. It seems he finally has something in development that will do the trick.

Deadmau5 has partnered up with Microsoft and their Perceptive Pixel Inc. team to create some midi touch software that looks truly awesome. "It's still early in development, but were making great progress," Mau5 said in the description of the demo video.
