The Presets' pop-electro track, "Promises," has received its first remix package, which is now available on Beatport. The remix package features reworkings by Plastic Plates, Nils Frahm, Lifelike, and Luomo. The remix by Luomo changes the track into a dancer techno creation, bringing a darker sound to the upbeat original mix. The Plastic Plates stays true to The Presets' original tune, but supplying a disco-inspired dance sound to give the track an electro-meets-70's feel. Whereas Plastic Plates takes us to the decade of the 70's with their remix, Lifelike brings "Promises" to the 80's with their production's bouncing synth that blends with the track's melodic vocals, creating a new upbeat way to enjoy The Presets' track. Nils Frahm provides the most unique rework of the track, completely transforming the track into a beautiful, dream-like piano composition. The Presets' "Promises" remix package is available now as a release of Modular Records. Check out the remixes below, and enjoy!
