This past weekend was massive for the Night Bass crew as they traveled up and down the west coast from LA on Friday, to Albuquerque Saturday, and SF on Sunday. While the bass-heavy tour is now concluded, the North American takeover was slated during the first two weeks of October, carried by headliners, Jack Beats, Hannah Wants, KryWolf, and Night Bass founder himself, AC Slater.

For the return of some Night Bass in LA, where the name found its popularity, something special was planned. AC Slater teamed up with Gary Richards, founder of HARD events, to throw the inevitably, sold-out show at famous Lot 613.

The HARD Night Bass show was highly anticipated when the release of the event came out, but it undoubtedly peaked when the announcement of a second stage came weeks prior to the event. In the main room, the tours lineup tore up the stage, alongside Bones & Petey Clicks who started off the esteemed evening. Hannah Wants followed, with an already heavy crowd. Soon the main room was bubbling over with sweat and bass – just in time for AC Slater, Jack Beats, and a special guest set from Kry Wolf (whom was originally not slated to perform at the event). Room 2 was just as coveted by fans, with sets from Jen Lasher, Light Year, Anna Lunoe, Amtrac, and Treasure Fingers. The room was wider and less intimate, but the DJs were still able to bring together the perfect camaraderie.

Friday was a magical night for not only fans and performers alike, but throughout the industry as well. In the midst of a sea of faces, the likes of Atrak, Kaskade, Boyz Noize, Nadastrom, GTA, Jauz, Brazzabelle, and Valentino Khan’s mustache could be found. The evening of HARD Night Bass undoubtedly made it’s mark in the city of angels, and no one can wait for the party’s inevitable return.
