French software company, Arturia, brings us another wonderful piece of hardware to add to our collection. Arturia’s latest is the Keylab, a midi controller keyboard that comes with an Analog Lab software synthesizer. Available in 25, 49, or 69 keys (priced at 199, 299, and 399 euros, respectively), the keyboard offers control over classic synthesizer sounds when hooked up to its pre-mapped software, complete with a 5,000 preset library. The Keylab’s sleek ad durable design is also to be noted, with its metal constructions, wooden ends, pressurized and back-lit pads and sensitive after touch.
