The acid is strong within this one from the legendary stylings of Fatboy Slim. This time, UK master Riva Starr lends a hand with this track thanks to a comical encounter he had alongside Mr. Slim while in the streets of Brooklyn earlier this year. “Me and Stef (Riva Starr) were out vinyl shooping in Williamsburg when we met this dude ranting in the street about some three day bender he had been on (and possibly still was…). We hooked him into our Serato and chopped him up into a tune.” And what a tune it is. Out on Skint Records, “Eat, Sleep, Rave, Repeat” takes on an old school acid house vibe straight out of an UK warehouse with its sleek bassline and sensational kicks. The tales of the raver in question take on a life of their own as they take you deep into his rabbit hole.
