Basement Jaxx “Back 2 The Wild” Official Video

Returning to their fantastic brand of pop-dance magic, seminal British duo Basement Jaxx is back after their last orchestration in 2011 with the release of “Back 2 the Wild” (out on 37 Adventures) and its accompanying music video. Premiering last week on BBC Radio 1, the track’s artistic direction seems to expand on the frenzied explosion of “no fucks” seen in “Raindrops” from their 2010 Scars. The video is a full on psychedelic jungle, as flowers, tigers, and underwater adventures jump from the screen and into your inner psyche. Although the song’s eccentricity may not be everyone’s cup of tea, Basement Jaxx’s return reaffirms their commitment to creative integrity, as they produce the music and creative projects they believe in.
