Rolling Stone Premieres Zedd ft. Matthew Koma “Spectrum” official Video + Album release Date

The official music video for Zedd's hit single "Spectrum" has been released. The video is a love story about a man and a beautiful blonde-haired alien (Taryn Manning), who are forced to flee when people begin to catch on to the fact that she is not from this planet.

Zedd told Rolling Stone, "I wanted the video to capture the ever changing energy and emotion of the song through real human feelings. It takes you on a journey through love, loss, contentment and anxiety. Musically, the chord progression I wrote captured the feeling and tension, unpredictability and the unknown. The video portrays this through a relationship between a man (human) and woman (alien) and the dynamic/excitement between the two of them".

The music and video combine so beautifully and naturally, as would a movie and its soundtrack, capturing the emotion and intensity they attempt to portray. Zedd and Matthew Koma also make their acting debut in the music video... briefly, yet brilliantly.
