Its a wonderful thing when an artist already known for his original production puts out a string of continuously stellar remixes - especially when those remixes are of already-wildly-successful hits. To add to his impressive list of reworks for equally impressive artists (they include Afrojack's "Can't Stop Me Now," Dada Life's "Feel the Dada," and Calvin Harris's "Iron") Dutch DJ and producer Jordy Van Egmond comes to us now with a high-powered re-work of Example's "Close Enemies." Speeding up the pace and adding in anthemic synths, Van Egmond - also known as Dyro - creates a truly melodic progressive-house ballad that is made all the lovelier by the British-pop hit's original vocals. "Close Enemies" is set for release November 18th on Ministry of Sound, as part of Example's upcoming new album.
