ElektroDaily.com got its claws on some images from the upcoming Cosmic Opera Act II: “Imbroglio.” Claws, being the operative word here, is exactly what attendees can expect. The glorious chandelier that abuts Hammerstein Ballroom will quite literally turn into a behemoth 3D claw that swoops down over partygoers while they are dazzled by the likes of Zedd, Funkagenda, Felix Cartal and the electronic event’s headliner, Fedde Le Grande.

We’ve also been informed that this time around the stage will have two runways on the side to reflect movement. What will be on these runways? Actors dressed in Steampunk garb, of course. Steampunk is a style that embodies an era of large oiled machines, in a post apocalyptic world. The concept, we’re told by Cosmic Opera insiders, is to voyage back to a machine age in order to go forward into an uncertain future.

Here’s one thing we’re certain of. This time around the effects will be wilder, the sound, heavier and the experience… you’ll have to see for yourself. The electronic event is going down this Thursday (April 5) and Friday (April 6).
