David Guetta ft. Akon & Ne-Yo “Work Hard, Play Hard” Official Video

International DJ sensation David Guetta, on the heels of wrapping up a sold-out South American tour from Mexico to Belize, released the official music video today for his new single “Play Hard” featuring Akon and Ne-Yo. Reflecting the culture and flavor of South America (think gold papier-mache festival masks, a rodeo, straw cowboy hats, bright pink donkeys, and technicolor flags), the 4:00+ minute video oozes vibrancy, living up to what our expectations of a Guetta/Ne-Yo/Akon partnership should be. “Nothing But the Beat,” Guetta’s most recent album offering--the record “Play Hard,” its fifth single, calls home—pushed Guetta’s success into overdrive, garnering him his sixth VEVO certified award. In late April, it was also announced that Guetta would be nominated for six Billboard music Awards following his clinch of Favorite EDM Artist at the American Music Awards last November.
