"Dear Camp Bisco Family-

 
 
With less than 36 days until we all come together at Camp Bisco, we wanted to take a moment to share with you some of the exciting things we've put together for this year, and the vast improvements you'll see at Camp this year.
 
This year, we have made many changes to ensure the check in and entry goes smoother. From the moment that gates open all facets of check in and shuttle services will be fully staffed round the clock until everyone is in the festival. You will also have your wristband in advance this year - a big time saver at check in. While you are waiting, we'll have DJs/Bands, free water and VIP upgrade contests. Volunteers will be there to load the buses - which will have rows removed for your gear.
 
As you make your way to your campground this year, we will have twice as many vehicles, including super duty 4WD pickup trucks. We have added a pedestrian lane to keep the trucks moving at all times in the truck lanes.
 
While the safety and security of our guests is the number one priority at Camp Bisco, we feel that the fans need to be treated like the most important people at the festival. Because YOU are. Without the fans, there is no Camp Bisco. With this in mind, a new fan friendly safety team has been put in place.
 
Once on site, you will find that we have increased the availability of water stations throughout the event. New art installations are here, and we have teed up our first ever Wellness Program - with daily yoga, mountain hikes, a 5K run and workshops that will keep you healthy and happy throughout the festival.
 
Last year, clean up was a problem, so we are bringing in Clean Vibes to help us out. We are asking Camp Bisco fans to do their part, by leaving the Mountain the way you found it. Help clean up and earn cool prizes for your Green behavior at the Clean Vibes Trading Post.
 
But lets not forget about the music! As a band, we're pulling out all the stops and gonna give you everything we got for 6 sets over the weekend. We look forward to one of our favorite lineups ever featuring the only east coast performance from BigGrizMatik, as well as sets from Odesza, Griz, STS9, Lotus, RL Grime, Zeds Dead, TheNewDeal, marshmello and so many more! Tomorrow we'll announce some fun lineup additions including the Disco Lodge and in the next couple of weeks you will see a lineup for the return of VIP late night sets at Camp.
 
We really appreciate all of the feedback we received, from the fan's perspective, on how we can make Camp Bisco a better experience - we take our responsibility to you and to this festival seriously.
