You may be feeling the pains of college coursework now that you’re back at campus, but at least this semester you have something to look forward to; two awesome concerts to choose from for spring break!

The beauty of spring break: where you can abandon all responsibilities and inhibitions, and just let loose. Now with the inclusion of electro dance music, the weeklong vacay just got sweeter.

On the sandy beaches of Mexico will be the first ever 42-night EDM experience, amply titled “Elektro Beach.” From February 25 through April 6, college students will have the opportunity to party with such big DJ acts as Tiësto, Steve Aoki, and Avicii on the beautiful beaches of Puerto Vallarta in Mexico. The Electro Beach experience spans over six-weeks, and is being sold on a per-week basis. Each festival pass is an all-inclusive package starting at $199, with VIP tickets being sold for $399 each. The Elektro Beach schedule is listed below and you can go the events website at for tickets.

Also in Puerto Vallarta will be the “Bounce Music Festival,” which is part of an international touring music festival taking place throughout the year. Their next concert will take place this upcoming March in Mexico with such acts as Paul Oakenfold, Savoy, and Morgan Page gracing its stages. A party package costs $249, which includes a ticket to each of the events plus open bar. If your spring break isn’t until later though, then you can catch a concert closer to home when the Bounce Music Festival in April is hosted in Maryland. Tickets and schedule can be found here.

So there you have it. One crazy week, two concerts to choose from. Both have great locations and acts, so it will be tough to choose. Which one will we find YOU at during spring break?
