The Glitch Mob are fresh off their remix of Metallica's "Lords of Summer," which is the official anthem for the upcoming X-Games in Austin, Texas, which kick off this Thursday, June 4. The electronic trio will be featured as musical performers for the event, along with headliners Metallica. They also recently gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at the making of “the Blade,” the group's stunning, unique live stage setup, with their "Behind The Blade" documentary. Now, they've returned for an explosive new track with Moving Castle vocalist Mark Johns.

This new collaboration, "Better Run, Better Hide," is a prime example of the sound that has made The Glitch Mob famous. It's overpowering synths and rock-infused rhythm combine with the sultry vocals of Mark Johns for a track that serves as a proper preview to their forthcoming EP, Piece of the Indestructible. The Glitch Mob talk about the forthcoming release, saying "“This EP emerged from a period of soul searching about our own music and music itself. We realized that music arms people against the dangers, trials, and ups and downs of life. It’s like a force field. It’s badass, but not merely for the sake of just being tough. There’s a purpose there.”

You can pre-order the three-track EP on iTunes via The Glitch Mob's own Glass Air imprint. Piece Of The Indestructible is set for release on June 9.
