Titled "Black Tie Rave," the event will happen on February 28th at Hammerstein Ballroom to benefit Hurricane Sandy relief. General Admission tickets to the event will be auctioned at http://www.ticketmaster.com starting on Dec. 14th at 10am EST through Dec. 16th at 10pm EST.
