Martin Garrix Hits the Studio with Avicii

Martin Garrix is fresh off his collaboration with pop/r&b superstar Usher, "Don't Look Down," a track that brings a tropical house-influenced sound, and not something we'd expect from the young DJ-producer. However, it is an indication that Martin Garrix is taking his collaborations to the next level.

Fresh off the success of this unexpected collaboration, Martin Garrix showed his fans who is next on his list of collaborations by posting the above picture on Instagram, which shows him in the studio with fellow EDM superstar DJ-producer Avicii. With Garrix now expanding the boundaries of his sound, which to date have been primarily of the big room variety, to combine with Avicii newly-established Americana-influenced brand of dance music, you can expect something entirely new from their forthcoming collaboration.

Fans can expect to get their first listen to the collaboration this summer as both artists make their rounds through the festival circuit.
