GRiZ Releases ‘Chasing The Golden Hour Pt. 1′ Mixtape

This Friday, GRiZ will be performing at the biggest gig of his life — a headlining show at Colorado’s famous Red Rocks Amphitheater, joined by fellow All Good Records label-mates the Floozies, Manic Focus and Muzzy Bearr. The sax-wielding DJ-producer will now have some new tunes in his arsenal, as he has released Chasing The Golden Hour Pt. 1 mixtape.

The nine-track release sees GRiZ return to his roots, channeling his love for classic hip-hop and soul to create a release as laid-back as the summer season. He writes on his Soundcloud, "I wanted to recreate the carefree good vibes you feel when it’s just about sunset on the perfect summer evening and everything is the most beautiful shimmering tint of gold. Chasing The Golden Hour is that magical moment, it is the cool breeze against your back, it is sweet summer swagger in music form."
