Disclosure siblings and group members Guy & Howard Lawrence recently took the next step in their careers by starting up their own imprint. The duo released their debut LP on Interscope's Cherrytree Records and have picked a peculiar name of their own label —Method White.

Gothenburg, Sweden's Jonas Rathsman's tune "Wolfsbane" illustrates Method White's direction as a curator of "the best of the best of underground electronic music," as Disclosure expressed in a recent Facebook post. The debut tune from Method White received its premiere from EDM's gatekeeper Pete Tong on his February 13th Friday Night BBC Radio 1 broadcast. "Wolfsbane" slowly builds with sampled vocals and synths reminiscent of 80's retro machines until the wide spread bassline enters, supporting the sparse arpeggios to a 121 BPM kickdrum.

Jonas Rathsman rose to prominence through the New York based deep house label French Express, home to Moon Boots, Isaac Tichauer and Perseus as well. He first released "Love Is My Middle Name," "Tobago/Feeling You" and "Since I Don't Have You" on the label. His tune "Bringing You Down" came to us via taste making YouTube channel Majestic Casual and received praise from recent then BBC Radio 1's Host and now Apple's newest Los Angeles based radio DJ, Zane Lowe. The rapid ascent began in 2013 as Rathsman was declared a "Future Star of 2013" by Pete Tong. Jonas just embarked on his 2015 North American tour in support of Wolfsbane, hitting dance hubs in Chicago, Miami, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Stay tuned for more music to come from Jonas Rathsman and Method White soon.
