The original by Disclosure made it into Beatport's top 20 when it first released on their own home label, PMR - and with good reason. We were thrilled, then, when we first found out our UK-based man, Jamie Jones, had made a remix. The re-work of "Latch" emphasizes the vocals and keeps the energy contained to produce a steady sensual blend of earthy beats and a string of elongated basslines. The groove is luxurious, the vibe oozes emotion, and the overall feel is enchanting. We give this one two thumbs up without question.
