Lightning in a Bottle Festival Announced

The Lightning in a Bottle festival is returning to Silverado, California, (that’s just outside of LA for you non-SoCal peeps), for another long weekend of music, art and off the charts good vibes.
Although the 2012 lineup has not yet been revealed, last year’s LiB featured a no-scrubs army of EDM all-stars including Pretty Lights, MiMOSA, Bonobo, Kraddy, Thievery Corporation, Paper Diamond, Emancipator, Beats Antique, PANTyRAiD and more. We can only assume that this year, we will once again be dancing ‘til dawn.
And while the music is reason enough to mark your calendar and ready your hula hoops, consider that with workshops, yoga, lectures and fun for attendees of all ages, LiB is more than a music festival, it’s an experience in boundless self expression. Think 'Burning Man,' but with a smaller crowd and more hospitable temperatures.
Lightning in a Bottle 2012 will go down on May 24 - 28. Tickets go on sale Monday, January 16 (at 7am PST) at Lightning in a Bottle Official Website. The festival sold out last year, so act fast, and in the meantime, check the festival’s just-released teaser video.
