A little over half a year ago, Emoh Instead of What So Not posted the Instagram pic seen above of himself, fellow What So Not member Flume, and OWSLA label captain Skrillex in a Boston studio together. While most of What So Not’s tour dates include Emoh as the group’s sole performer, Flume is active on the production side of the group. This led us to believe that there are some new tracks in progress. After supporting Skrillex on the entirety of his Mothership Tour, this collaboration seems to have been in the works for some time.

Now, Emoh has confirmed from the group's official Reddit account that a new EP from the collaborative group is on the way.

Emoh wrote to fans saying, "Hey it's Emoh from What So Not. We are putting out a new EP on February 10th. It will contain the Skrillex collab, Dillon Francis collab, as well as a few others. Thanks for the support!" These new big-name collaborations add to the group's 2014 megahits "Jaguar" and "Tell Me" with RL Grime.

Having made a major breakthrough in 2014 (which included being named part of our Freshmen Class), What So Not is looking to continue their success with their first EP release since 2013's The Quack EP. With this forthcoming EP, What So Not is quickly putting together quite an impressive discography.

Stay tuned to elektro for more information on the release, and tracks as they become available.
