Closing out his North American tour, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, took over the stage at New York’s legendary Webster Hall to usher in the official Governor’s Ball after party. Stepping out of his elaborate garb that he performed in during the soaking wet Governor’s Ball, TEED brought an eclectic selection and refreshing sound to his post-Ball DJ set.
Combining a steady mix of tech and deep house, TEED brought a continuous flow of danceable beats to the dimly lit venue. Straying away from his pop/electro sound, TEED dropped tracks like “Higher” by Destructo. The English producer used his stage time to showcase his capability as a musician to experiment with a wide range of genres successfully. As he heads back to Europe to tour for the rest of the summer, TEED will be missed throughout North America. Until he decides to return with another string of unpredictable performances, we will be anxiously anticipating the enigmatic producers return.
