Third Party Feat. Loleatta Holloway “Thank You”

Fast-rising duo Third Party, signed to Steve Angello’s Size Records, have broken out over the last few years with awesome remixes of Red Hot Chili Peppers’ “Otherside,” SHM’s “Save the World,” and Tiesto’s “Deeper Love.”

The pair continues to showcase their deftness with vocals (the common denominator in the tracks mentioned above in addition to one of their recent hits, “Feel”) and controlled production skills with their new track, “Thank You." It starts off fast-paced, with very a quick build up, foreboding a massive drop. With a bit of misdirection through the introduction of vocals (Loleatta Holloway’s vocals, taken from “Love Sensation,” sound wonderful), the pace settles down and the track is transformed into a celebratory, feel good tune. Sadly, it took me much longer than it should have to connect this vibe and the name of the track. Nevertheless, "Thank You" appears to be a perfect summertime song.
