The Prodigy “Smack My Bitch Up” Major Lazer Remix

We all remember the original classic by EDM legend The Prodigy. This re-work by Major Lazer preserves all the original funk of “Smack My Bitch Up,” staying faithful to the rave breakbeats and controversial vocals. What’s nice about it is the new-age grinding drops that come in halfway through the song, carrying all of Major Lazer’s signature bass-heavy sound. The remix is part of a series of remixes made by top artists to celebrate the revival of The Prodigy’s classic album, The Fat of the Land. It will feature on both a digital and 12-inch EP of remixes entitled The Added Fat to complete the deluxe reissue of the album.
