The Party: Stereosonic
The Place: Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth, Australia
The Dates: November 26-27, December 3-4
The Lineup: The dual weekend lineup roves through Australia with a beat blasting caravan that includes Afrojack, Armin Van Buuren, Avicii, Benny Benassi, Carl Cox, Bloody Beetroots, Crookers, Destructo, Kaskade, Pretty Lights and the Gaslamp Killer.

The Party: UMF Brazil
The Place: Sao Paulo, Brazil
The Dates: December 3, 2011
The Lineup: Not only does UMF take place in the Brazilian party mecca of Sao Paulo, but the lineup includes Swedish House Mafia, Duck Sauce, Nero, Major Lazer, New Order, Laidback Luke, 2ManyDJs, Diplo, Death From Above 1979, Soulwax and MSTRKRFT.

The Party: Tiësto at Pacha
The Place: Pacha New York City
The Dates: November 30
The Lineup: Well, uh, Tiësto. The man who was once voted “the greatest DJ of all time” by Mixmag and has played for audiences of 250,000 will play the slightly smaller Pacha New York to help the venue celebrate its six-year anniversary.

The Party: Aoki’s House at Surrender
The Place: Surrender at the Encore Hotel, Las Vegas
The Dates: November 18, December 2, 2011
The Lineup: Dim Mak founder and international party ambassador, Steve Aoki, takes over Surrender at The Encore with Aoki’s House, a can’t miss rager for the EDM set in the scene’s rapidly rising party capital, Las Vegas. Surrender also hosts Nervo on December 7 and Skrillex on December 9.

The Party: Lady Gaga and David Guetta
The Place: Nokia Theatre, Los Angeles, California
The Dates: December 3
The Lineup: The mother monster meets the master mixer for one night only in LA. Gaga and Guetta sounds once in a lifetime to us. No wonder tickets for this party at downtown LA’s Nokia Theatre are going fast.

The Party: Sea of Dreams
The Place: San Francisco, California
The Dates: December 31, 2011
The Lineup: This San Francisco New Year’s Eve Party gets rave reviews from our NorCal friends every year and, for NYE 2011, features a hefty electro lineup including Amon Tobin ISAM, Beats Antique, MarchFourth Marching Band, An-ten-nae, Justin Martin and Diego's Umbrella.

The Party: Snow Globe
The Place: South Lake Tahoe, California
The Dates: December 29-31
The Lineup: The inaugural year of this outdoor music festival in gorgeous Lake Tahoe features a ridiculously stacked lineup including The Glich Mob, Bassnectar, Pretty Lights, Thievery Corporation, Tipper, Emancipator, Paper Diamond, Dillon Francis, Kraddy and more. We’re not missing this one.

The Party: Pre-NYE with Beats Antique and Emancipator
The Place: Los Angeles, CA
The Dates: December 30, 2011
The Lineup: LA creative collective The DoLab present a New Year’s Eve eve party featuring the dubbed out belly dancing stylings of Beats Antique and the always serene musical soundscapes of Emancipator. Random Rab and Lynx will also be at the Nokia Theatre in downtown LA-LA land for this night before the party party.

The Party: Sunburn
The Place: Candolim Beach, Goa, India
The Dates: December 27-29
The Lineup: This legendary event on the western coast of India features Above and Beyond, Funkagenda, Shovell and an amazing roundup of Indian artists including Pearl, Jalebee Cartel and Nawed Khan.

The Party: Together As One
The Place: Oak Canyon Ranch, California
The Dates: December 31, 2011
The Lineup: Billed as “America's largest NYE dance music festival,” this party at the Oak Canyon Ranch just outside of Los Angeles, (we’ve been there. it’s pretty), features Duck Sauce, Dirty South, Diplo, Bloody Beetroots, Chromeo (DJ Set), Felix da Housecat, Funkagenda, LA Riots and fireworks at midnight!
