Sensation USA: The fashion trend from head to toe is white

It is time to start suiting up for what is sure to be one of the biggest events of the year in electronic dance music. Sensation USA is coming to the brand new Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., on Friday, October 26th (limited tickets available) and Saturday, October 27th (sold out).

Whether you have tickets already or plan on purchasing, it is important to know that white has a deep meaning for Sensation and attendees are not asked to dress in white as some cheeky “White Party” theme. Rather, the white dress code was instituted from the beginning as a way to pay tribute to ID&T (the organization behind Sensation) co-founder Miles Stutterheim who passed away in a tragic car accident. Miles’ funeral became a celebration of his life with guests arriving in white and DJs playing music in his memory. From that point on Miles’ brother and ID&T co-founder Duncan Stutterheim vowed to come together every year and throw a party honoring his life.
