As Sensation prepares for its first ever event in the United States, they have released a series of webisodes that take you into the backgrounds and lives of the artists performing. The latest installment of this series gives us a look into the roots of Dylan Hermeleijn, AKA 2000 and One. Dylan explains that his earliest interests in house music stem from hip-hop and electro in the 80's, specifically Dr. Dre. Once he was introduced to Acid House around 1988, he became interested in American house music, saying that he was inspired by it and wished to make that kind of house music. Fast forward to 2012, and Dylan is still playing House Music. Dylan also explains why he believe Sensation events are so special, in that it is so well-known by many people who are unfamiliar with the forms of house music these events are made of. He even tells of his first experience playing at Sensation two years ago, when he performed back to back with Joris at the Amsterdam Arena, talking about how nervous both of them were for the event.
