Scratching for a higher purpose

Giving DJing a higher purpose, We Are The Movement teamed up with A-trak, Valentino Khan, Kill The Noise, Mr.Choc, and more to bring the art of mixing to at risk youth. The workshop held at Optimist Youth Homes, LA, with equipment donated by Native Instruments. On top of the hands on scratching tutorials, an online fundraising auction was held in conjunction with the Give A Beat non-profit featuring items donated by Fool’s Gold Records, Major Lazer, HARD, Krewella, Mysteryland USA, Pioneer, Ultra, and more. With items valued up to $4,750, this auction is a huge contribution for this amicable cause. Check out the items here.
