Hurts “Miracle” Russ Chimes Extended Remix

Russ Chimes is a London based producer who has just recently emerged this past 2012. The young producer has a very unique house sound; it is not purely the 128-bpm huge tempo beats we’ve become indoctrined with, but rather a more relaxed expression filled sound. The perfect way to get a taste of what this kid has up his sleeve is by taking a listen to his newest remix to Hurts “Miracle”. The Echoed vocals of Hurts are distorted and nicely dropped on top of a deep house groove installed by Chimes. Released on Sony, Chimes “Miracle” remix has not only components of deep house and nu-disco, but one can also hear a bit of progressive influence as well. Chimes creatively blended these separate sub genres without a hitch to create a chilled out, yet at times upbeat, culminating into a hauntingly beautiful record.
