Skrillex is one of the most talked about names in the dubstep world, and without a doubt, the prince of bass dropping. But as every beat drops, a new one builds. While we all know that Skrill can produce one banger of a track, there are a few new kids on the block that have been rising to the top of the charts. Here are five incredible DJs who are hitting the scene hard, and producing some pretty intense wobbles and womps that we all love.

Feed Me: This UK producer has certainly gained the attention of some of the other players in dance music, including collaborations with Nero and Robyn, and not to mention that he is currently signed to Deadmau5's Mau5trap label. He just wrapped up his 'Teeth' tour that invaded cities across the US and Canada. Make sure you listen to 'Embers' featuring Lindsay. It's everything you want in a track – soft vocals and sick, innovative bass drops. And the bass in 'Blood Red' is out of control. Turn up your subwoofer and you'll be left saying feed me more.

Dillon Francis: A California-native like Skrillex, Dillon Francis is actually signed to Skrill's label, OWSLA. He made his debut last year with the his single ‘IDGAFOS’ ('I don’t give a fuck or shit', and yes, how awesome is that?) on Diplo's label, Mad Decent. Don't be alarmed if you suddenly feel like you are in a character in Super Mario Bros., it's only until the bass drops, and man, does it drop. His rise has been both rapid and massive, even playing at Ultra's UMF Brazil stage this year.

Wolfgang Gartner: “One of my mantras is that I have a responsibility to advance the genre. If I’m capable of doing something I’ve never done before, I feel like I have to use that ability, because there are not many people who do - or can," said Gartner on his music. Wolfgang's rise has not gone unnoticed. Eight of his songs have held the #1 spot on the Beatport Top 10 Chart. He collaborated with Deadmau5 on 'Animal Rights' and Skrill's 'The Devils Den'. His remix of Tiesto's explosive new track featuring Luciana 'We Own the Night' is one of the best remixes out there right now. “I understand how and why it [EDM] creates the response that it does with people,” he said. Be sure to catch his show at Webster Hall on Friday!

Zedd: Not to be confused with the Canadian duo, Zeds Dead, Anton Zalavksi is German, and best known as Zedd. He used to play in a hardcore rock/metal group which has had an obvious influence on his style as a producer – his tracks are absolutely filthy. His remix of Skrillex's 'Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites' comes in hard. His two latest bangers include 'Slam the Door' and 'Stars Come Out' feat. Heather Bright. NME describes his unique style perfectly, "it’s choppy electro with neon-coloured trance synths and crunchy basslines."

Flux Pavilion: Let's break it down. Flux = the flow or rate of energy, Pavilion = a place where entertainment takes place. Joshua Steele, who goes by Flux Pavilion has played alongside Skrillex, Kill the noise, and Porter Robinson, among others – not bad for a 23-year-old. This guy can certainly deliver a heavy dose of bass and some sick, sick drops! His new track Daydreamer (feat. Example) is absolutely menacing, check out the Dillon Francis remix. It's wompy and blends power and emotion perfectly.
