After premiering in Miami earlier last month, the perfect location for decadent dance music, Felix da Housecat’s sultry hit “Sinner Winner” gets its visual companion in the form of a new music video out today. The clip is four minutes of absurd ridiculousness. The video gives us a quirky view inside the world of the sinful and Felix’s tale of a devout preacher man seduced by the temptations of the electronic underworld. It brings the track’s narrative to life as the holy ghost of House possesses a group of faithful parishioners, who also double as United Nations diplomats assembled to hear what can be the State of da Housecat’s Union. The track’s potent crescendo is vibrantly mirrored in visual form as the initially innocuous scenario erupts into life with church-goers bursting with divine passion as the hypnotic turns the church into a bonafide dance floor. The release of the video also comes with the news of some exciting releases from da Housecat, including additional remixes of the track on April 22nd as well as the May 20th release of EP2 which will feature new tracks “Mulholland Drive” and “I Want to Be a Lesbian”. While you wait anxiously for these bombs to drop, for now content yourself by hitting play, sitting back, and being a winner!
