Empire Of The Sun “Alive” Official Video

In their phantasmagoric, optical-illusion sci-fi music video for the recently released track “Alive,” Empire of the Sun creates a graphic playground for viewers. The short film features Luke Steele and Nick Littlemore traipsing through lush forests and sky-high canyons in metal armor and fur, grooving to the feel-good pop synths that make the duo endearingly fun. The track comes from their appropriately titled sophomore album, “Ice on the Dune,” slated for release June 14. It looks as if we’re taking unbidden sneak-peeks into Empire of the Sun’s fantastical daydreams, and the catchy, retro ambient vibe in “Alive” make us ready to indulge in even their wildest dreams.
