Elektro Premiere: Chooky “Get Dumb”

Appeasing the twerk lords, DC producer Chooky returns with a dose of heavy moombahton flavor. The title track off his upcoming EP, “Get Dumb,” finds the producer focusing his energies on snare driven melodies the burst into bass heavy breakdowns that will have the ladies “expressing” themselves on any free wall space they can find. Building the track around a set of raw vocals, Chooky manages to successfully compile a number of dizzying beats without making the track come across as too chaotic. “Get Dumb” reveals yet another side of the versatile producer who first caught our attention with funk heavy single “The Passion” off David Heartbreak’s “Love Movement” compilation. Having already received major support from the likes of Benny Benassi and Dave Nada, Chooky music is nothing to sleep on. Look out for the full release of the “Get Dumb” EP March 24th!
