Their do it your self modo is really inspiring, the group takes pride in creating music and taking care of all the business stuff that comes with the industry. In terms of music, Space Kadets introduced us to an extraordinary track titled Aruora, a progressive track that will send chills down your spine. The group also produced their own music video for their current single Nym-Pho, something that you don't see from up and coming EDM acts. Read our chat with Space Kadets and check out their music video for "Nym-Pho" above.

How did you guys meet up?

Tim: We were really hip-hop until a couple years back and me and Frank started making beats together like 10 years ago and the person we were doing hip-hop with was through Danny, so we knew Danny since we were 15 years old. And Giovani was my little sister’s friend. He’s a little younger then us and his father’s a musician. He can tell you more about that part.

Giovanni: I was always working on music and stuff and I always knew about them making music and we kind of just connected through that. From the same high school and stuff too so.

Frank:We’ve been together making music for, all four of us together now, four years.

So why are dropping the video as the same time as a record?

Danny: We are trying to change the mentality and say like even if you are up and coming, you can do an official release with an official video change the way people are thinking about it.

Tells about Aurora will it also have a video? What will the story be?

Danny: We are going to use color as a way to symbolize different emotions within the relationship so when we flash screens of red, there is going to be a red aurora in the sky. The scenes are going to correlate with them being angry and fighting in an apartment when it’s green it might be happy, when it’s blue it’s going to be sad and somber. We are going to correlate all those emotions to the track.

Who’s the business man?

Frank: All of us pretty much. Tim’s been doing a lot of it on the phone, the emails like the secretary. He’s been doing a lot of it.

What can we see in the future?

TIM: We were thinking about tying an EP together in the near future that is something we are going to do. We don’t have a name or anything for it but definitely you are going to hear a couple of singles before anything else.

We want to also try and submit stuff to labels that are already right behind us. If we feel confident that what we have is something really good, hopefully if we submit it somewhere that they will feel the same way.
