Diplo has released his much-anticipated EP, 'Revolution,' which sees Diplo once again evolving, and taking another step in his never-ending quest to push the boundaries of his sound. On this release, Diplo teams up with a few of his friends, including Angger Dimas and Travis Porter for the twerk-friendly opening track, "Biggie Bounce," as well as the trap-infused "twrk remix," both of which are sure to keep Diplo's twerk walls occupied.

The release's title track, "Revolution," is a hard-hitting trap production that comes as the result of his teaming with Mad Decent up and comers Faustix and Imanos. This one is sure to become a staple of Diplo's energetic live sets, as well as the remix from Boaz van de Beatz.

Speaking of Boaz van de Beatz, this Dutch producer has a heavy presence on this release, partnering with Diplo on two hip-hop oriented tracks featured on the EP. "Crown" featuring Mike Posner and Riff Raff, as well as "Rock Steady" with Riff Raff (again) and Action Bronson, as Diplo and Boaz van de Beatz give their hip-hop style fusion a try.

This release shows that Diplo is not slowing down one bit, even with balancing Major Lazer, and new side-project, Jack U alongside Skrillex, Diplo has proven himself to always be one of the most relevant artists at the forefront of the whole dance music movement.
