Descender Releases Remix of Boys Noize and Tiga’s ‘100’
Techno leaders Tiga and Boys Noize are fresh off the release of their collaborative 100 EP, which came via Tiga’s own Turbo Recordings, which has been the home to releases from artists including Duke Dumont, Gesaffelstein and many more. The three-track release is one that showcases their unmistakable brand of electro/techno all while affirming why they’ll continue to be innovators in the scene. Fans got their first taste of the EP (now available on iTunes via Turbo Recordings) with the release’s title track, which brilliantly combined the sounds and styles of these two iconic producers, supplying a dance-y, infectious track that is sure to become a fan favorite track amongst both of their followings. Now, newcoming producer Descender has stepped in to put his own signature spin on the release.
This new remix comes on the heels of his remix of Must Die!'s "Imprint," marking an official OWSLA release that shows why he fits right at home with the OWSLA label, bringing a sound that touches the the boundaries of Jack Beats, AC Slater and warrants play from label head Skrillex. Descender takes "100" to a dark, futuristic place, speeding up the tempo and bringing a flurry of computerized effects to create a techno creation that shows why Descender has longevity in the scene. This track is yet just another reason why Descender needs to be on your radar. Watch for Descender’s breakthrough in 2015, and stay tuned for more great tracks to be coming our way courtesy of him soon.
