Released on North, the fourth album by popular rock band Matchbox Twenty, the hit single “Put Your Hands Up” made waves in concert venues throughout their American tour. Now, Swanky Tunes has taken the track and made it viable for sweeping dance floors as an ultra club hit. Their rework of “Put Your Hands Up” combines the stunning vocals of the original by front man Rob Thomas with a driving progressive bass-line and anthem-style synths and melodies. Remixes can be hit or miss, but the Russian electronic dance music trio have brought us a gem that hits all the right spots and works in both a club setting or at a festival.
