The man we know as the world's biggest DJ, Tiesto, returns with his remix of Calvin Harris' "Sweet Nothing" featuring Florence + the Machine's vocalist, Florence Welch. This remix is an example of the transformation Tiesto has made throughout his incredibly impressive career, reinventing himself from a trance superstar to a house idol. Regardless of genre, however, Tiesto has always been a master of rave music. His "Sweet Nothing" remix mends powerful, melodic synth with bassey electro-house breakdowns. It's the perfect formula for a crowd
pleaser, and something that Tiesto has made a habit of over the years. The track's vocalist, Florence Welch, is also becoming a relevant name in dance music. She is best known in the EDM world for her vocals on "You've Got The Love", and has also been featured on Fatboy Slim's collaboration with David Byrne titled "Here Lies Love". While fronting for the popular alternative rock group, as well as developing her own dance music resume, she's a vocalist whose soothing voice may grace the tracks of more big name DJ/producers to come. Tiesto's remix of Calvin Harris' "Sweet Nothing" will also be featured with remixes by Qulinez, Burns, and Dirtyloud, to be released on October 14th.
