Tiesto and his frequent collaborator MOTi have released their climactic big room collaboration 'Blow Your Mind' via Tiesto's Musical Freedom imprint. The track features a calm melody transitioning into a sweeping buildup and climaxing at a tense floor shaking drop.

However, the ensuing section brings us an unexpected, refreshing contrast as the duo venture away from their familiar hard hitting sound and go full-on trap. That's right, off-beat chants, hi-hat flickers and a pseudo-arabic melody resembling Dillon Francis and DJ Snake's "Get Low." If that doesn't pull your elbows to nipple level, I don't know what will.

The hood friendly breakdown leads us into the second big room drop once the synths detune and the snares start rolling. So, press play to have your mind blown, chest rattled and ass shaken by Tiesto and MOTi.

This is not Tiesto's first endeavor with trap music. You might remember when the Musical Freedom label released their trap remix EP, which contained exclusively trap remixes of some of the label's most classic tracks, including 'Epic' by Quintino and Sandro Silva, and 'Turn It Up' from Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, GTA and Wolfpack. It was the remix EP that we didn't need, but we're glad that it happened.

The music video for 'Blow Your Mind' shows the fantastic dance moves of an individual who seems to enjoy gloating about his mobility in front of a bunch of elderly folks. Not cool, but certainly entertaining. Grab your copy of the release from Beatport now.
