Throwback Thursday – OWSLA at SXSW 2014

As we gear up for the 2015 SXSW, we're looking back at last year's events for Throwback Thursday. Last year included OWSLA's takeover of the festivities, which is something they've since enacted at Miami Music Week, HARD Summer, TomorrowWorld and Stereosonic. Basically, OWSLA thrives at taking over the world's biggest events with their own parties.

The video above highlights some of the label's takeovers from last year, which included small, intimate parties to larger scale raves. Amongst the performers representing the label with label head Skrillex, David Heartbreak, Valentino Khan, Alvin Risk, Alex Metric, Milo & Otis, Kill The Noise, What So Not and Heartsrevolution. The crew even linked up on stage with hip-hop artists like RiFF RAFF and A$AP Rocky.

This year, OWSLA looks to replicate the same kind of success at SXSW with showcases featuring some of the same names.
