Skrillex and Diplo To Livestream a 24-Hour DJ Set
You have to admire the dedication of Skrillex and Diplo, who are two of the most hard-working artists in music. From constant touring, serving as the label heads of OWSLA and Mad Decent, collaborating and solo work in the studio, they are always working on taking things to the next level. Well now they are truly doing just that, as they have announced that they will be livestreaming a 24-hour DJ set.
As we await the arrival of the Jack U album, fans that tune in to livestreamed day-long event are likely to hear the much-anticipated new Jack U material. The flyer for the event states that the 24-hour party will be featuring some special guests. Given Skrillex and Diplo's unmatched pull in the scene, you can expect to see appearances by some big names, aside from the OWSLA and Mad Decent artists that are likely to be in attendance.
Back in late January, Skrillex told Billboard in their exclusive interview that a 10-song release with Diplo would be released “sooner than later.” Whether or not the album will be arriving with this event remains to be seen.
