Red Bull Music Academy Announces Summer Events

It’s happening again. The Red Bull Music Academy is proud to present their 15th edition of operation. The Academy has been creating and promoting music-makers since 1998 from all over the world. From soul singers like Aloe Blacc (“I Need a Dollar”) to electronic producer Flying Lotus, there have been many successful artists that have walked through those halls. This year, an elite group of 60 producers, vocalist, beatmakers, instrumentalist and DJ’s get to come together from September 30th to November 2nd in New York city to exchange and create the music that we love to listen too. The studio space, created and designed by Jeffery Inaba, is located in Chelsea and is equipped with several recording studios and various multi-purpose rooms to get theses artist’s creative juices flowing.

Eager to hear some of these talents play? Well in the early fall the Red Bull Music Academy will be putting on a series of shows at various venues around NYC. The full schedule of these shows will be announced at the end of August.
