Nicky Romero & Nervo “Like Home” Dillon Francis Remix Preview

Emotive synths and a poignant emphasis on melody bring a different side of Dillon Francis to light in this recently released remix. The original version of “Like Home,” produced by progressive’s leading ladies, Nervo, and electro-house kingpin Nicky Romero, brought a full-frontal assault of buildups and drops, but Francis’ take on the piece slows down the beat and raises the funk. There’s still that signature high-wattage energy in the drops and bass-notes of the track, but Francis goes a little deeper with a hint of indie-earthy groove that really gives the re-work a softer, tender sound.
