Jack U Takes Us Back in Time with Their New Music Video

What begins as a black and white montage of Jack U's recently passed sets – notice the many shots of Mad Decent’s Block Party in Los Angeles – turns into an acid-esque frenzy of the two major DJ’s featuring Kiesza. Brighter illustrative doodles similar to Skrillex's Mothership tour video are used beginning at the tracks for bass drop. We found it hard to look away from beginning to end, and without a doubt that famous Jack U smile will haunt our dreams tonight.

The song is fun on it’s own, but the video amps up the energy of the tracks tone to a whole new level. Towards the end of the surreal video, we see footage of the gang getting stopped by the police for filming in the street. Diplo replies, “We’re shooting a music video… for our school.” Not quite, but the duo (plus Kiesza) definitely schooled the game. We’re always pretty impressed by what Skrillex and Diplo’s minds gives their fans and “Take U There” was definitely no different. Check out the video below.
