Love Taps is the duo of NYC producers Danny Johnson (aka Self Help) and Mike Nasen (aka DJ Tanner). The duo is currently composing original and remixed works recently supported on platforms such as Diplo & Friends, and Shade 45, while climbing the HypeMachine charts with their unique productions and remixes. They’ve recently been receiving some praise for their debut single “Back For More,” which features the smooth R&B vocals of Toronto singer Maya Killtron. The easy-listening house track supplies a relaxed tropical-influenced beat while showcasing the duo’s knack for really clean production. Grab the release on iTunes if you haven’t already. We recently saw them make their music video debut for the breakout track, which takes its viewers on a drone tour of their home city of Manhattan.

Following a remix of D'Angelo's track, "Devil's Pie," the duo have returned again with a new track that shows why they're set for big things in the dance music world. This time, they've set their sights on Glass Animals' "Gooey." The resulting rework is a chilled-out track that is perfect for the summer season. Once again, they have shown their seasoned studio skills, supplying a track with masterful mixing and layering. This is pure mood music, and a production that warrants replay after replay. What's more is the track is also available for download free of charge. Listen to the track above and download it via their Soundcloud. Also, catch the duo live at the Wit in Chicago on June 7 for Corona's Electric Beach. See more information on the official Electric Beach website.
