Fool’s Gold Day Off returns to NY September 2nd
Don’t have any labor day plans yet? Well, mark your calendars and put away your wallet because the annual FREE Fool’s Gold Day off is returning to NYC this year! Now on its fourth consecutive Labor Day, the annual event brought to you by A-Trak and Nick Catchdubs’ infamous label Fool’s Gold, will be making history with its biggest lineup in the history of ‘days off’ on September 2, 2013.
Supporting the true New York style, Day Off unites the upper echelons of hip hop and electronic music including a rare and exciting appearance from Duck Sauce (Armand Van Helden and A-Trak), Fool’s Gold rap star Danny Brown, A$AP Ferg and Migos and the critically acclaimed Run The Jewels (El-P and Killer Mike), alongside mysterious electro supergroup Unibros and more!
Having outgrown its previous Soho venue, this year’s Day Off is planting its flag in the label's own backyard at Williamsburg Park. For those of you who attended Mad Decent in NYC, you’ll feel right at home, and those of you who have attended previous Days Off, you’ll know this is the best way to end your summer (and the only way to actually enjoy your Monday).
If that doesn’t already sound amazing, there will be an official NIGHT OFF afterparty down the street at Brooklyn Bowl. This Labor day is going to be insane and probably one of the craziest days off you’ll have!
