What are the best and worst things about being on the road (or, in your case, on a bus?)

KhoMha: The experience has been fantastic—travelling around the USA, getting to know new places, new venues, food…it's great. And I think maybe the worst part is that you get tired easily because it’s a long trip and sometimes you can't rest enough.

What’s the craziest crowd you’ve played to so far?

KhoMha: I think Washington and Dallas at the moment. What great energy!

Which city along the way has had the best food?

KhoMha: Well, those Philly cheesesteaks in Philadelphia were amazing, and the real Buffalo wings were delicious as well.

Is it nice to be out of the studio for a little bit?

KhoMha: It's nice in the sense that I'm having a brand new experience but I still miss the studio because on this kind of tour, you get inspired at odd moments and it's a little hard not to express what you feel.
A lot of artists say playing support or opening for a headliner is one of the toughest responsibilities because you really have to know how to compliment who you’re playing with. What’s it like playing with Markus?

KhoMha: It's kind of "teamwork" because when I tour with him sometimes, I have to do "doors open - warm up" sets, and you have to build the night. You have to get the people into the mood, so it makes no sense to pump the sound system at 10pm when the people are entering the club. [The goal is] that when Markus comes on scene he is like the "explosion" of the night and the people leave with a great party experience.

What’s been your favorite venue to play along the way?

KhoMha: Echostage in Washington DC. What a night!

Favorite memory thus far?

KhoMha: When I was in front of the Lincoln Memorial, where Martin Luther King made his famous speech, "I Have A Dream."

This may not be the age of rock’n’roll, but have you picked up any SCREAM tour groupies along the way?

KhoMha: Not sure to be honest; I do see a lot of girls that want a picture or an autograph, but nothing crazy…the word groupie can be a scary one!
