NYC has been undergoing sporadic bouts of rain for two days. The thin, crowded sidewalks make for inevitable umbrella pokage. Suffice to say, I need a mood booster.

Voilà! This mix pays homage to old school hip-hop by using Adina Howard's lyrics from "Freak Like Me," by blending them seamlessly with bouncy and fun beats. The rhythm and bass lines are both eloquently ornamented. In short, it makes me want to dance... and isn't that what EDM is all about?
