Electric Zoo Expanding To Mexico in 2014

Electric Zoo, New York's highly successful electronic music festival, will be expanding to Mexico City in 2014. Mexico is quickly becoming and electronic dance music hotspot with Electric Daisy Carnival announcing their expansion to the nation's capital last week. Electric Zoo Mexico will be taking place on May 3 and 4. Ticket information is yet to be revealed but they will likely go on sale in the next few weeks.

When SFX Entertainment bought Made Event, promoters of Electric Zoo amongst other things, they vowed to take Electric Zoo international. “We plan to develop the Electric Zoo brand internationally," said SFX Entertainment Chairman and CEO in November. Disco Donnie Presents, one of SFX's assets, will also be working alongside Made Event and Alive Entertainment for the Electric Zoo Mexico project.
