Disclosure Announces North American Tour Dates

It's truly a good time to be a Disclosure fan. They recently released their collaboration with, pop superstar Sam Smith, “Omen.” The group immediately followed the release of the much-anticipated collaboration by unveiling the full track list of their forthcoming LP, Caracal, which is now available for pre-order on iTunes, revealing that the album (which is set for release on September 25) will also contain collaborations alongside New York-based Jazz/Soul vocalist Gregory Porter, Lion Babe and Kwab.
